If you run tubular O-gauge track and want it to stay tight, look right, and still be easy to work with, these were designed for exactly that.
Twist-Lock fasteners are supplemental O-gauge track fasteners designed to work with standard tubular track. They install without taking the track apart and without changing the original look or geometry of the track.
To install, you simply lift the track slightly, slide the fastener under the rails between existing ties, set it in place, and twist to lock.
No snaps.

No moving parts to wear out or break.

HOW THEY WORK
Each fastener slides up over the rail flange and holds it from underneath, using the same basic principle as real railroad spikes in wooden ties. Once twisted into place, it stays tight during operation.
When changes are needed, the fastener simply twists back out.
Twist-Lock fasteners can be installed, removed, repositioned, and reused at any time — even after the track is already down — making them ideal for layouts that evolve or get fine-tuned over time.
All locking happens internally. From above, the track keeps its classic tubular appearance.
INSTALLATION (NO TEARDOWN REQUIRED)
You do not need to remove track from your layout.
• Lift the track slightly
• Slide the fastener under the rails
• Set it in place
• Twist to lock
To move or remove it, just twist it back out.
APPEARANCE (DESIGNED TO MATCH FACTORY TRACK)
